I incorporate a strengths-based, compassion-focused framework, employing a diverse range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
